As a small business, every appointment is important, late cancellations or missed appointments can have a significant impact. I kindly ask that if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, 

you provide, if possible, at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to another client.

I do understand life; health can take unexpected twists and turns so we can always reschedule appointments.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the service will apply. This helps me cover the time and resources set aside for your appointment. Exceptions will be made if another client can take your appointment, however this cannot be guaranteed.
