Welcome
My name is Sandie Oxborrow RN, AOR, MFHT, Cert Ed, Approved Practitioner Reflexology Lymph drainage and Restore Scar therapy Practitioner.
I have had a 46 year nursing career. Over the last few years, as I have got older and particularly as a result pandemic, I re-evaluated what is important to me, and how I can make a difference in life.

I have a Diploma in Reflexology, feet, hands & face, Reflexology in Lymph drainage , Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head massage, Aromatherapy massage , Manual Lymphatic drainage, Therapeutic touch Butterfly massage for Oncology treatments and life limiting or chronic conditions and Restore Scar therapy.
I have further trained & specialise in complementary therapies to support people with a life limiting condition, oncology and chronic illnesses, Scar release -surgical, cosmetic , injuries and burns,
I work (part time) as part of the team at the Cancer and Wellbeing centre at Ipswich Hospital.
I am a Registered General Nurse and a Macmillan Cancer support HOPE course facilitator.
I am required by the AOR & FHT and the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) to be fully insured , DBS Police checked and I am committed to an ongoing programme of Continued Professional Development (CPD), in order to keep my clinical practice, competency and skills up to date.
By coming to a Therapist that is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and/ or Federation of Holistic Therapists you can be confident that your Reflexologist is fully trained and insured.
I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) ensuring I adhere to GDPR and Data protection.
