Welcome
I am a Nurse & fully insured member of the Association of reflexologists (AOR) & Federation of Holistic Therapists
My reflexology and complementary therapy treatments aim to listen to each individual , tailoring a deeply relaxing treatment to increase a sense of well-being and promote self care and a coping mechanism for what life brings our way.
Reflexology is a holistic healing practise that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. This pressure helps to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promote relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing.
Yes, reflexology is a safe and non-invasive practise. Our certified reflexologists undergo rigorous training and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure your safety and comfort during your session.
During a reflexology session, you will be seated in a comfortable chair or on a massage table. Your reflexologist will apply pressure to specific points on your feet, hands, or ears, using a variety of techniques. You can expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after your session.
